Estimate your Army Physical Fitness Test score for the three-event test.
The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) measures a soldier's physical ability through three events: push-ups, sit-ups, and a timed 2-mile run. Each event is scored from 0 to 100 points based on age and gender standards.
Scores are interpolated from official FM 7-22 tables. A minimum of 60 points per event is required to pass. Achieving 90+ on every event earns the Extended Scale badge. The total possible score is 300.
