For IVF pregnancies, the equivalent LMP is calculated by subtracting (14 + embryo age) days from the transfer date. The due date is then 280 days from this equivalent LMP. A day 5 blastocyst transfer means the embryo is at 2 weeks 5 days gestational age at the time of transfer.
