Evaluate steroid response in severe alcoholic hepatitis at day 7.
The Lille score is calculated at day 7 of prednisolone therapy. A score ≥ 0.45 indicates non-response and steroids should be discontinued. Scores < 0.16 indicate complete response with improved survival. The model uses age, albumin, initial and day-7 bilirubin, creatinine, and prothrombin time.
